Jones, 2GB ordered to pay Trad $10k

The radio broadcaster Alan Jones and his employer 2GB have been ordered to pay $10,000 in damages and apologise to the Muslim leader Keysar Trad. …

The tribunal said the broadcasts included Mr Jones’ view that Australia is not a multi-racial but a mono-cultural society, and that this mono-culture was under threat from the “enemies within.”

Mr Jones spoke about “car hoons” – which he identified as “Lebanese Muslim youths” – and their disrespect for police.

The tribunal says Mr Jones also interpreted an allegedly inflammatory speech by a Lebanese-Australian cleric as an excuse for or incitement of sexual assaults by Muslim men upon non-Muslim women. …

The tribunal found that Mr Jones’ commentary, when taken as a whole, was unreasonable.

“Rather than dispassionately analysing the evidence and commenting on it, Mr Jones appears to have been induced or stimulated by his own preconceptions to place highly exaggerated and distorted interpretations on the few objective facts apparently known to him,” the ruling said.

“Sometimes you get the impression they don’t realise how much hurt and how much risk their comments create,” he said.

“They create risk of harassment, risk of physical abuse and risk of intimidation, risk of loss of jobs.”

Yet when the media exaggerate and lie about adherents of the one and only White racial religion, Creativity, the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission don’t want to hear a word of it and any complaints to the Australian Press Council result in the Press Council bending over backwards to find any actual instances of racial and religious vilification of White people or Creators as non-existent. Yes, the media with their unfounded stories do “create a risk of harassment, risk of physical abuse and risk of intimidation, risk of loss of jobs,” – I for one can testify to that fact – and I did point that out to the Australian Press Council and Human Rights Commission, but when you are White and not a follower of a megabucks multicultural religion, you and your beliefs just do not matter one iota to august bodies like the Human Rights and Equal Opportunities Commission, and the Australian Press Council.

While just about every mainstream media (MSM) correspondent claims that the incarceration of Doctor Frederick Toben has silenced him for good, the Editor of the Adelaide Advertiser (often in what would be deemed “hate speech” if I were to write in such a way about the Jewish community for example) claims this is not so.

Although he does follow the MSM practice of synchronised intolerance for views that grate against the politically correct grain, the Editor of the Adelaide Advertiser, Melvin Mansell, believes that Dr Toben is anything but censored and sites as proof that almost 100,000 pages on the internet have been produced in support of Dr Toben. Whether true or not, there certainly is a tightly knit community that are manipulating the law in an attempt to silence Dr Toben, and the Editor of the Adelaide Advertiser is at the forefront of the cheer squad.

According to Mansell,

Jail is not censorship, it is a message from the community in which he seeks to live that his unfounded statements of fact are not only historically incorrect – they are offensive, unacceptable and denigrate not only the memory of the millions who had their lives snatched from them but also the daily struggle of those who survived the horror.

As perfect a definition of censorship as any that I’ve ever read.

Mansell then goes on to claim that imprisonment can only enhance Dr Toben’s appeal to what Mansell clearly thinks are a delusional minority that have been rejected by society and live in a fantasy world of make believe that does not mesh with government sanctioned beliefs cited by Mansell et al and enforced by tyrannical jurisprudence. Mansell further goes on to cite Adolf Hitler’s writing Mein Kampf whilst in prison and Nelson Mandella’s gaining support for his anti-Apartheid crusade as evidence that censorship is clearly not the case here.

Although he claims otherwise, Mansell’s article is an attempt at damage control and manipulation to convince your average, everyday Australian, that censorship of speech does not exist in Australia. While often in the same sentence, Mansell singles out those who may question official doctrine for humiliation, with an overall tone that in no uncertain terms attempts to justify why those who do question official doctrine deserve to be humiliated, ostracised and imprisoned.

What a piece of scum you are. If someone says something you disagree with, you lock them in prison rather than debate with them. I do not doubt that if the death sentence was still on the books, you would be demanding a public hanging. The “Holocaust” is not an incontestable “truth” because it is proven history. On the contrary. It is an incontestable “truth” because ancient war propaganda morphed into politically correct laws designed to protect minority groups from actual truth that could possibly harm their status within the community, were it to be known. Therefore, the unadulterated truth still remains to be seen. HOLOCAUST “revisionist” Fredrick Toben has finally been silenced and jailed for repeatedly insulting and abusing the Jewish race via the Internet. [Full story here.]

Being of German origin, Dr Toben, like all German people surviving the horrors of World War II, and their descendants, has himself been and continues to be vilified, and forced to live with consistently offensive material in his day to day life. i.e. All forms of media – historical, fictional and those purporting to be newsworthy, and government bodies have and continue to vilify the German people (and anyone else who happens to seek the truth) with a monstrosity of lies for unethical political gain. It was this vilification that caused Dr Toben and others like him (although I am not of German origin, I include myself in this), to actively seek the truth in all matters pertaining to the Jewish “Holocaust” of World War II. What he discovered has become a bitter piece of crow pie for many Jewish people and their politically correct counterparts who would rather swallow a lie, than taste an unpalatable truth.

While in Germany it is now for all intents and purposes a guaranteed prison sentence of three years if you even dare to question the Jewish “Holocaust,” here in Australia, the federal and various state government like to pretend that those that live in Australia, live in a land where every man, woman and child are treated with equal respect, regardless of race, sex, sexual orientation or religion. This is in fact a lie. Australian society is divided into a multitude of uneven sections of race, sex, sexual orientation and religion, with a wall dividing those who are politically correct from those deemed politically incorrect. Those who fit in with today’s politically correct standards are on the side of the wall that grants freedom of speech and religious rights. That is where all Jews stand. Dr Toben on the other hand, is a White, heterosexual male with politically incorrect ideals of truth and honour. As such, he has no protection and is a constant target for the armies of the PC Brigade and Jewish supremacist groups such as the Executive Council of Australian Jewry.

This is how it is in Australia:

• If a respected group from the politically correct side of the wall feels offended and is unable to get its own way, they can sue the person or persons from the politically incorrect side of the wall and expect to win in any court of the land.
• Once the politically correct have won the case, the court can then determine what it will undoubtedly claim society demands as an appropriate sentence for even harbouring inappropriate, politically incorrect thoughts – never mind speaking out or acting on those thoughts.
• Sentence is passed. Clang! Mind your fingers.

Oh, there might be some scare tactics between the initial sentencing and eventual imprisonment, just as there was in Dr Toben’s case, but that is just a ploy to get others who themselves are not entirely enamoured of the PC Brigade to see reason and logic where there is none, and accept injustice when it ultimately triumphs – as has happened for Dr Toben.

Don’t believe me? Consider the words of Justice Jeffrey Spender as he passed sentence on Dr Toben.

“This is not a case concerning the Holocaust, or gas chambers, or the Jews.

“This case was and is about the orders of the court… and obedience to the orders of the court is not optional.”

The case did and does concern the “Holocaust,” gas chambers and Jews. For that is precisely what Dr Toben was ultimately sentenced for: Denying “Holocaust” dogma and seeking out the truth. Anything else is sheer legal bunkum.

New laws may counter racist attacks

VICIOUS attacks against Indian students have prompted the Rudd Government to consider a legal crackdown on hate-mongers.

Investigations have started into creating a specific offence of inciting violence against an individual on the basis of race.

While state assault laws already deal with thugs who personally commit attacks, the potential federal changes would focus, for example, on those responsible for sending SMS messages that urge acts of violence on individuals.

Existing sedition provisions of counter-terrorism laws cover incitement on the basis of race, religion or ethnicity – but only against groups, not individuals.

Attorney-General Robert McClelland has raised the prospect of redressing the balance in response to the alarming spate of assaults on Indians in Melbourne.

This would be achieved by bringing forward a key part of the Government’s review of counter-terrorism laws.

In comments to Parliament this week, Mr McClelland said the Government was in the processing of responding to Law Reform Commission recommendations to change sedition laws.

“Currently there is at the federal level, as you would be aware, an offence of inciting violence against a group of individuals on the basis of their race, religion or ethnicity,” he said.

“As part of a response to recommendations of the Australian Law Reform Commission, the Government is examining the possibility of amending that offence to include a criterion of inciting violence against an individual on the basis of that individual’s race, religion, ethnicity or nationality.”

In 2006, the commission recommended alterations including changing the offence’s title from sedition to “urging violence” and repealing obsolete provisions.

The Brumby Government moved this month for judges to take hatred – motivated by race, religion, gender or sexual orientation – into account as an aggravating factor when considering sentences.

This is thoughtcrime law where a simple smack in the teeth and a deliberately false report of a racial slur will gain you a longer prison sentence than a psycho who gets their jollies brutally bashing another almost to death. To make matters worse, just like existing State and Federal Racial Vilification Laws, this law will not be used to protect all people, but will be used as a wedge placing the protected “minorities” on one side of the fence and unprotected White Australians living in fear of false accusations on the other. But then, what would you expect from governments that approve of legislation allowing discrimination against White heterosexual males in the workplace?

‘Disgusting’ website urged offensive against Indians

AN Australian website urging a “hate offensive” against Indians was condemned as “disgusting”, while fears grow that racial tensions will escalate.

For the past six months, Melbourne man Patrick O’Sullivan has posted comments onto a white supremacy forum about how “evil” Indians were and urged others to participate in a “Summer hate offensive” in the Victorian city.

In a post just before Christmas, he asked for people to call him if they wanted to participate.

“For those of you in or nearby Melbourne, contact me. This summer a lot of Race Hate is occurring! RAHOWA!”

RAHOWA is understood to stand for Racial Holy War.

Senior police and Indian students deplored the web comments but police said they doubted they had caused a spate of assaults on Indian students, despite members of the forum pledging to join in the “offensive”.

Mr O’Sullivan, who was jailed in 2002 for stabbing a man who accused him of not being a Nazi due to his Irish blood, told news.com.au that the posts were not intended to incite violence and that he was now a peaceful man.

He said his rallying call for a “Summer hate offensive” was a peaceful way to recruit people into the Creativity Movement, whose website describes itself as a “Progressive Pro-White Religion”.

In late November, Mr O’Sullivan posted a comment – using the name “RAWHOWA NOW” – on a neo-Nazi forum which said he was sick of “Dirty F**king Indians”.

“They infest the Melbourne area. I could write all day (about) how evil and putrid those scum are… one particularly infuriating thing about these curry n*ggers is their arrogance,” he said.

“I think this may seem (to have originated) from the apathy of Whites not putting tem (sic) in their place. Those browm (sic) maggots used to get spat on, tolchocked and on occasion even stabbed and/or hospitalised.

“I’m not saying to commit illegal acts, violence etc. This is merely and observation of mine.”

Amit Menghani, president of the Federation of Indian Students in Australia, said he thinks the comments were promoting “curry-bashing”.

The term “curry-bashing” is used to describe the hunting down of Indians and beating them.

“This kind of provocation must stop,” Mr Menghani said.

“It’s absolutely disgusting.”

Victorian Police commander Trevor Carter, whose beat covers Melbourne’s west, said that although the comments were “appalling”, the attacks on students were not believed to be racially motivated.

“There is an element of (racism), but the purpose is to steal property from people,” Mr Carter said.

Meanwhile The Australian reports that Indians in Australia are concerned an increasingly “hysterical” reaction in India and among local protestors to assaults and robberies on foreign students could create a backlash against their community.

Raj Natarajan, the outgoing president of the United Indian Associations of New South Wales, said his organisation was concerned about the “flow-on effect” for Australians of Indian background.

“I am proud to look like an Indian,” he said.

“I don’t want to look any other way. But I and my family are Australian citizens, and we are also proud of Australian society. It is tolerant, multicultural and friendly.

“These attacks are a worrying trend, but I don’t believe they are racially motivated.

“Indian kids who live here are not complaining. They’re perfectly happy. They have lots of friends in the broader Australian community, and many are married to Aussies.”

On Sunday, Indian students blocked city streets in protest of a wave of up to 70 violent attacks against them in the past year but the protest itself turned into clashes with police.

Mr Natarajan sought to distance the broader Indian community from the rally, saying it was organised by visiting foreign students.

“It might have an impact on us by creating a backlash,” he said.

MELBOURNE: Shaken by a wave of racial assaults, thousands of Indian students and Indians living in Australia demanding justice justice for victims of recent attacks as Australia scrambled to contain the rising anger and frustration within the community.

The `peace rally’, organized by the Federation of Indian Students in Australia (FISA) and National Union of Students among others, kicked off from outside the Royal Melbourne Hospital, where 25-year-old Shravan Kumar has been admitted since May 9 when he was stabbed with a screwdriver by a group of teenagers. The protesters had something to cheer about as doctors pronounced Kumar, who had slipped into a coma, “out of danger”.

“He (Kumar) has come out of coma and moved his hands,” said T J Rao, a former consul-general of India in Melbourne who participated in the rally.

Kumar has been taken off life support but Rao added that doctors were unsure if the 25-year-old would recover fully.
The marchers numbering over 5,000 walked down to the Victorian Parliament House on Spring street, holding placards with slogans reading `We want Justice’, `We are the Economy Builders’ and `End Racist Attacks’. Joined by state opposition leader Ted Baillieu and other leading community members, the marchers proposed to hand over their list of demands to lawmakers but that did not materialize.

FISA founder Gautam Gupta, who led the rally, said, “we believe in Gandhigiri and peaceful ways to present the demands of the student community”. Among those demands were a multicultural police force for Victoria, which houses 47,000 of the 95,000 Indian students in Australia. They also demanded that crime statistics be made public and sought racial tolerance and awareness.

The Australian government appeared to be reaching out, with foreign minister Stephen Smith admitting that the attacks were a “current problem” facing the Indian community. “We’re doing everything that we can, both with the Indian community in Australia and India itself… but also working very closely with the relevant state authorities,” Smith said.

In a bid to assuage fears, Australia’s first Asia-born Cabinet minister said racism in the country was confined to “a minority” with extreme views. “On the whole, I think Australians are tolerant,” Malaysia-born Penny Wong, federal climate change minister, said. “It is a minority of people in Australia who hold those sort of extreme and intolerant views.”

FISA leader Gupta, however, said the massive rally proved that they were not “soft targets” and the situation might get out of hand if the community was attacked again. He was, however, confident that the Australian government would take action against the perpetrators immediately.

That sentiment was echoed by Sydney-based cardiologist Yadu Singh among others who opposed branding the country as “racist” and stressed that the government be given some time to resolve the problem. Insisting that Australia was not a “racist” country and that all attacks against Indians were not racist in nature, Singh said, “We believe that this is not the correct picture of the unfortunate events.

“Most of the attacks are what we call `opportunistic attacks’ and due to the impression by the criminal elements about our students being the easy target for various reasons,” Singh said.

“No doubt, our students have several significant issues and these issues have been raised with government and police authorities here. We are confident that these would be acted upon seriously. It must be accepted that Australia risks more than $15 billion in business if the students’ issues are not given due importance soon,” he said.

Indian-origin CEO of leading company Primus, Ravi Bhatia, who took part the rally, seconded him. “There are many examples of highly successful members in the Indian community. Just like any other society, there are small minority of miscreants and malcontents,” he said.

We will protect Indian students: Smith

FOREIGN Minister Stephen Smith says Australia is doing all it can to prevent more attacks on Indian students.

They include two stabbings in Melbourne last week that have left one man fighting for his life in hospital.

Indian authorities believe there’s a racial element at work.

Mr Smith told Network Ten the government is working with the Indian community in Australia and India as well as state authorities to bring the perpetrators to justice and to ensure a safe environment for all international students.

Prime Minister Kevin Rudd has discussed the problem with Indian Prime Mininster Manmohan Singh.

The discussions come as more than a thousand members of Victoria’s Indian population marched along Melbourne’s main street to protest against the rising number of violent attacks against its community.

The protesters chanted and cheered as they marched down Swanston Street in the city centre.
Commuters had their journeys interrupted as trams were delayed while as the group made its way towards Parliament House.

The Federation of Indian Students of Australia says an increasing number of Indian students are being attacked in what it says are hate crimes.

As per usual, the media and general public are going crazy accusing every second White Australian of being an evil Indian stabbing, Mexican hating racist. As much as I’d like it to be true, it’s not. The Mexican in question, Sol Trujillo, is the former head of Telstra (Australian Telecom). As such, he’s hated for his role as the chief of that company, not for being a Spic.

The Indians are different. They are hated simply for being Indians; yet oddly enough, it’s not White Australians that hate them, it’s imported Black Africans, Middle Easterners and just about every Muslim.

One might think that the Indian “students” are temporary visitors that we have to ensure the safety of at all costs. However, whether they are currently students or not, they are just another load of imported Australians who after their graduation from the halls of “higher learning” will remain in Australia as permanent residents.

So what’s the problem? The problem is that along with the Indians we are importing, we are importing their own racial and religious problems into Australia. Muslims: Africans and Arabs. Even if the Africans and Arabs are Christian or atheist, they still take the side of the most militant of their racial cultures – and that is the Muslim.

How do I know this? It’s been happening for several years now. Each time the media and government decry the behaviour of “Australian racists,” but just sometimes the truth slips through.

Last year in Adelaide, there were a string of racially motivated attacks against Indian university students. The Indian community themselves declared it to be attacks from the Lebanese community.

And so we know where to lay the blame for the violence – but will anything be done about it? No. To do what the Indian community wants and charge the perpetrators with a “hate crime” will never happen because the perpetrators are not White. However, if a White man such as myself gets into a scuffle with an Indian, you can bet your gonads that he will be charged with a “hate crime” – even if only to set an example for other White racists and to pander to the multicultural community.

How do we end these attacks? Ship them home. The Africans, the Indians, the Arabs and their Jewish pals, and the Asians. Then we can decide who can come into this country and study.

I for one know that as well as our streets being safer, the quality of the students will also greatly increase – mainly because they wont be using the university system as a back door to permanent residency in Australia.

GURGAON/NEW DELHI: Last September, 19-year-old Mukul Khanna had gone to Macquarie University, Sydney, all excited about finishing his BBA there and then probably settling in Australia. Less than a year later, he has returned to his Gurgaon home, called back by parents who hit the panic button after a friend of his was bashed up in Sydney two weeks back.

Sitting in his DLF Phase-V home, Dinesh Khanna, Mukul’s hotelier father tells TOI: “I know my son will now have to drop a year because he won’t get admission anywhere. But I am relieved that he is away from that madness.”

Mukul though says that fear among the Indian student population in Sydney, Melbourne and other cities is on the rise. “They target all Asian students including Pakistani and Sri Lankans. A lot of my Pakistani friends have left the place after being brutally attacked and robbed. Interestingly, the attackers are mostly not locals and are themselves people of foreign origin who resent the fact that Indian students go there in large numbers and take up jobs which may otherwise have gone to them.”

Doctor Frederick Toben of the Adelaide Institute http://adelaideinstitute.org has been sentenced to three months prison for refusing to kowtow to Jewish supremacist “Holocaust” dogma, in which six million Jews were supposedly murdered by various means including cyanide gas, by the Nazis during WWII. He has also won a fourteen day reprieve to file papers for an appeal.

“I’ve mentally prepared myself to go inside for a few weeks or months,” said Doctor Toben.

“Anyone who expresses an opinion should not be silenced because someone else is offended, but my opinions have been criminalised.

“How could I regret having done something in good faith?”

Whether the death of one Jew or twenty million Jews is a holocaust, is for Jewish people to decide. Yet, for them to exaggerate the numbers of Jewish dead by millions, in order to exhort sympathy and extort money from the rest of the world is an insult to history, to German people and to the Jewish people themselves.

In Europe, Canada and Australia, Jewish supremacist groups have convinced lawmakers and judges that those who refuse to believe the myth that the German people deliberately caused the deaths of six million Jews during WWII, and express their lack of belief in public are automatically guilty of a crime in a similar vein to murder.

Believe you me, this is not an overstatement. Jewish supremacist groups often speak of people who “deny the Holocaust” as horrific latter day monsters who intend to exterminate the Jewish race at the first opportunity.

The facts: Six million Jews did not die at the hands of the German people during WWII. The brutal murders of four million Jews at the supposed “Death Camp,” Auschwitz, have since been found to be false. In all, approximately one million people of all races died at Auschwitz. There were no shower-cum-gas chambers. There were no shrunken Jewish heads. There were no lampshades made from human skin. And there were no bars of soap manufactured from the fat of dead Jews. These are facts that have been accepted by historians around the world – but continue to be denied by Jewish supremacists who use these fantastic tales as weapons of mental destruction.

The “Holocaust” is naught but a lie of majestic proportions. Bowing to Jewish supremacists, the Australian Federal Government has decreed that this hoax upon history must be taught to all schoolchildren. This is a veritable rape of innocent minds before they are mature enough to determine what is real and what is false dogma, and it should be stopped.

I do not believe in the “Holocaust” as portrayed by Jewish supremacist groups. I do not believe six million Jews were murdered by the Germans during WWII. At the very best, I determine it to be a Holohoax. If my beliefs are criminal, then lock me up with Doctor Toben. At least I’ll be in good company.
